What are the requirements for mobile phone and network?
This product supports mobile operating systems with Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 and above. If your phone is below this system version, the app will not work properly and you will need to upgrade your device.
Network Requirements
The device needs to be connected to the Internet via WiFi with the following specifications:

| WiFi Latency | No more than 100 ms |
| Upload Speed | At least 1 MB/s |
Additional relay equipment is required in environments where the WiFi signal is weaker due to longer outdoor distances, routing distance, or physical barriers.
