How to fix notification problems on Android phones.
Why my Android phone can't receive the notification?
For Android phones, because of the features of the system, notifications may be blocked by the system when received. To ensure push notifications are displayed properly, please configure the following permissions:
a. Auto-run Permission
In APP, go to Me → Common Settings → Notification Settings → Auto run. Open APP launch permissions and set them to manage manually.
b. Notification Permission
In APP, go to Me → Common Settings → Notification Settings → Permission Management. Set to allow notification and allow lock screen notification.
Some Android 10 or higher systems need to enable "Draw over other apps" permission in permission management.
c. Battery Optimization
In APP, go to Me → Common Settings → Notification Settings → Battery. Allow the app to ignore battery optimization.
